DOMESTIC SHIPPING
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. For custom designed jewelry expect processing times between 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone if provided.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The following carriers are used by Nate Waxman - United States Postal Service (USPS). A variety of shipping rates are provided at checkout. Shipping rates for your order will be automatically carrier calculated based on delivery time, package size and weight. Please refer to tracking numbers for expected delivery time. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Nate Waxman is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Nate Waxman is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact info@natewaxman.com to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photographs of the damaged item(s) and the package(s) and send to info@natewaxman.com within 5 days of delivery.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Nate Waxman ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Nate Waxman ships outside the U.S. to most international destinations.
