Q. How long does it take before you ship my order?
A. Most of the orders can be shipped within 2-5 days. If it looks like the order will take longer, we will let you know. In either case, we will notify you of the estimated ship date upon receipt of your order.

Q. Do you offer discounts?
A. We will consider discounts for customers making large orders. Please contact us if you are interested in large-order discounts. Most of our gemstones, which come from all over the world, are becoming harder to find and more expensive. For this reason, we can’t discount items with coral, opal, or precious gems. The increasing rarity of gemstones also makes us limited with our re-issues. 

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know by email within 3 days upon receipt of the item. We will replace or refund the jewelry if you send it back within 5 days of receipt.

Q. What happens if my piece needs to be repaired?
A. Our pieces, if they are handled with care, are guaranteed indefinitely. If you need us to repair your item, simply send it back to us with your return address, and we will repair it and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping it to us, and we will cover the return shipment.

Q. How do I care for my jewelry?
A. The best way to insure a long life for your jewelry is to treat it well. This includes keeping it away from water, lotions, perfumes, and hairspray. It is best to store it in a jewelry box or plastic bag. Keep pieces separated to prevent tangling, and avoid putting them in your purse or places where they may get knocked around. You can clean your jewelry with a clean cloth and mild soap. The pieces are 22k gold-plated, so do not use cleaning solutions made for silver or gold jewelry.

Q. Why are some pieces signed and some come with a signed tag?
A. Not all of the Swoboda pieces were originally signed. Sometimes it was difficult to place a signature on the piece, or it was made before Swoboda started signing the jewelry. Therefore, a signed tag is included with pieces that are not signed.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, to some countries and based on quantity. Please email us for a shipping quote.
